This service is intended to provide practical assistance and does not replace professional caregiving, nursing or medical services. Families remain responsible for arranging appropriate medical or professional care where it is required.

Student assistants engaged through our Senior Citizen Support Service are independently verified and trained through our Student Employment Programme before being matched with a family.

Student assistants provide non-medical, practical assistance only. They are not employees acting in a medical, nursing or caregiving professional capacity, and are not authorised to provide medical advice or treatment.

Best Deal Chennai is not a medical service provider and does not provide emergency medical response. In the event of a medical emergency, please contact a qualified medical professional, hospital or emergency services directly.

Where our student assistants help arrange professional medical or nursing care, that care is provided by independent, qualified professionals, and Best Deal Chennai is not responsible for the clinical quality of that care.

While we take reasonable steps to verify and train student assistants and partner providers, families and customers remain responsible for assessing the suitability of a service for their specific needs and for supervising arrangements involving a senior citizen as they consider appropriate.

We encourage families to stay in regular contact with us and with the senior citizen regarding the assistance being provided.

We aim to keep our website and services available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free access. Services may be limited, paused or unavailable in certain areas or at certain times as we expand across Chennai.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Best Deal Chennai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our website, your interactions with partner businesses, or services arranged through our platform.
